INITIAL CLIENT MEETING

This first meetings will focus on collaboration to outline an initial design, style and layout of the project.  We will help answer questions regarding the rebuilding process and provide the necessary resources to facilitate the process forward to the next stage. 

STEP 1

CORRECTIONS

& RE-SUBMITTAL

This process requires the coordination amongst all of the different sub contractors to produce a complete set of plans to submit to the city.  Permit fees are due upon permit approval from the city.

STEP 5

APPROX. 1 - 2 MONTHS

DESIGN & PROJECT CONCEPTION

Over the next few meetings, clients will meet with the project architect to refine the design, style and layout of the floor plan and overall project paradigm.  We are committed to exceeding client satisfaction with the design process and follow through to permit approval.

STEP 2

APPROX. 2 - 5 WEEKS

PERMIT

APPROVAL

Congratulations!! With the permit approved, it's time to officially begin construction.

 

Construction is under way and we're one step closer to getting our clients back into their homes.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

During this phase, with the style, design and layout of the project locked in, our staff will begin the preparation and coordination of the sets of plans required to submit for a permit.  At this point, we are one step closer to breaking ground on the actual rebuilding process.

THE DETAILS

With our in house Interior Designer ( Nicole Harding ), we can assist in the process of furnishing the spaces, selecting kitchen equipment, interior/exterior colors, etc.  This optional resource is provided to simplify and aid in the process for those requiring assistance.
