STEP 1

INITIAL CLIENT MEETING

This first meetings will focus on collaboration to outline an initial design, style and layout of the project.  We will help answer questions regarding the rebuilding process and provide the necessary resources to facilitate the process forward to the next stage.

DESIGN & PROJECT CONCEPTION

STEP 3

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

During this phase, with the style, design and layout of the project locked in, our staff will begin the preparation and coordination of the sets of plans required to submit for a permit.  At this point, we are one step closer to breaking ground on the actual rebuilding process.

STEP 4

IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

With our in house Interior Designer, Nicole Harding, we can assist in the process of furnishing the spaces, selecting kitchen equipment, interior/exterior colors, etc.  This optional resource is provided to simplify and aid in the process for those requiring assistance.  

STEP 5

CORRECTIONS & SUBMITTAL

This process requires the coordination amongst the different sub contractors and 

Permit fees are due upon permit approval from the city.

STEP 6

PERMIT APPROVAL

During this phase, construction begins and we continue to follow up with the client and contractors to insure the completion of the project through to it's end.
